MCM Comic Con took place this past weekend at the Birmingham NEC. This was the first time the event ran in August, as it usually takes place the second or third weekend of November. Due to layout changes this year, a large portion of attendees were not aware that the event was also taking place in Hall 5, which was one level down from Halls 3 & 4.
