As some of you may know, I stopped using NetGalley a while ago due to all of the ARC file types changing to one that wasn’t compatible on Kobo e-reader devices. This has recently been fixed – you can read my post about that here – so I’m back to reading NetGalley ARCS!

Current Feedback Ratio: 25%

Up until a few hours ago my ratio was 33%, its since dropped as I got approved for another book.

My NetGalley Shelf

  1. A Tide of Black Steel by Anthony Ryan (24 Sept 2024)
  2. The Lone Wolf Cafe by Sydney Wilder (9 Sept 2025)
  3. Coffin Moon by Keith Rosson (9 Sept 2025)

Unfortunately, I cannot read the ARC for Coffin Moon on my Kobo as the publisher hasn’t enabled the option! I’ll have to struggle on the NetGalley Reader App instead. Seems to be publisher’s discretion to provide files in the correct format. There should be a work-around for this later this year when Kobo is able to read PDF files, as all publishers provide these.

It won’t come as a shock to you that I am DESPERATE for V.E. Schwab’s new offering to us. Toxic lesbian vampires? Yes, please! I’ve requested it in both e-ARC and audible format.

My ratio was also struggling because of the Kobo issue 😅🫂 — but now we’re getting better! And I can’t wait until they enable the pdf functionality later in the year 🥹
