Hello bookworms, happy WWW Wednesday! I’m posting a little later today than I would’ve liked. It’s been a pretty busy day with work and starting to go to the gym again. WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On a World of Words. This tag is a set of three questions asked of book bloggers weekly to see how their reading is getting on.

What are you currently reading?

I’m still reading Conclave by Robert Harris. It’s been so interesting reading this after watching the movie. Here we’re getting to know Cardinal Lomeli (Lawrence in the movie) a lot better, particularly his opinion on the other participants of the Papal Conclave, as well as his struggles with his faith.

What have you finished reading?

I finished reading issue 1 & 2 of Sister Imperator by Tobias Forge & Corinna Bechko. This is a Dark Horse Comics mini series comprising of 4 issues. If you’re a fan of the band Ghost then you’ll know who Sister Imperator is, if not it’s a little hard to explain. I plan on breaking down exactly what’s going on with Ghost and the band’s extended lore in a future post.

What will you read next?

Still The Devils by Joe Abercrombie, though I was a little cheeky and have actually started reading it. BUT only the first few chapters so I’m not counting it as ‘currently reading’. I plan on diving into it fully as soon as I’ve finished Conclave.
