Holy hell, did I love The Blade Itself! This was my first time reading a Joe Abercrombie book and I should not have waited so long to do so. Whenever I picked it up I couldn’t help devouring a huge chunk of it. I love the writing, the voice, the world, the characters and all their mess! Glokta is my favourite character so far, I love his mean little thoughts and his absolute distain for others.
